  Which room type should I select if I am not interested in student housing?

Our floorplans offer room types that allow renters the option of renting either a full apartment or an individual bedroom/bed. If you are interested in leasing a full apartment home, please select the “Full” room type option on your desired floorplan.

  Which application type do I select if I’m not a student?

When applying for a Full Apartment with or without roommates, please select the “Joint Leasing” application. When using the joint lease application, you and/or your roommates will be screened together and will be jointly responsible for the lease. Additionally, Joint Leasing applicants are not required to fill out additional questions that are need for our complimentary Roommate Matching Service.

  How do I select my move-in date/which Lease Term should I choose?

Begin by selecting a Lease Term that fits your time frame. You will be prompted to enter your desired move-in date if the term you select has already began. Unless otherwise stated, all leases end at the end of the semester you selected.

  How do I apply if I have roommates?

Ready to apply? We look forward to having you! To begin, the primary applicant should complete the “Joint Leasing” application online. It only takes 15-20 minutes! If you will have other occupants on the lease, please do not start individual applications. You will be asked to add additional occupants during the application process. It’s that easy!

  What is included with rent?

Our pricing includes monthly rent, cable, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Utilities such as electricity are set up and billed directly by the provider, Entergy. Complimentary on-site parking is available for our residents with a valid parking decal that is distributed at move-in. Our community has a limit of one vehicle per resident.
