I was tricked into a lease by a worker and they wouldn't refund my deposit when I found out how the apartment looked on the inside I was told it had new carpet and fresh paint, which was a lie. Nothing was ever done about it but I've stayed for 4.5 years because of the location. I've been thinking about not renewing but I do want to give credit to the new management team and see what they could offer me. We'll see.

The office is always friendly and very helpful. Maintanence takes care of work orders as fast as they can. Don't want to move anytime soon.

Any problems with maintenance is handle as quickly as possible. My apartment is very clean and a great price for a college student like myself.

I received a approved on my applications in less than 2 weeks. After loosing everything in the flood my kids and i are blessed.

submitted by Sarah B. - |Recommended: YesAdequate, cheap, roomy — I enjoy it. It's somehow dirty and we have had a lot of maitenence issues, but most have been fixed. Wouldn't swim in the pools. Would love if there was security.. .

submitted by Laura R. - |Recommended: YesAverage — Minimal problems since I have moved in almost a year ago. The one thing that bothers me is the dumpster is right behind my bedroom window and the trash truck is extremely noisy in the mornings when trying to sleep. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance typically comes within a few hours of calling. Never had any major problems. So far I enjoy living here.

submitted by Babajide A. - |Recommended: YesThe new management in 2016 are far better than the old one. The Hub will be a place to live. — It is close to LSU campus and next to walmart. Parking is not a problem for you and your guest like other apartments around. The Office staff try to understand every problem and move fast to fix it, relax they are not superman. lol. But it will be a hotspot in the future with the rate of renovation. I think its too cheap for the location and size of rooms you get.
